Personal agent setups
How people hand parts of life to an AI agent like Grok Bot or Muse. The entries below are example templates written by us, not user testimonials. Real community setups will be labelled "Submitted by" once they come in.

Example setup (template) Inbox Inbox triage agent that drafts but never sends
Agent: Grok Bot or similar personal agent
Connects to: Gmail / Outlook (read + draft)
Human approval: Every reply waits in Drafts. You send.
Cost: Agent subscription; no extra tools
How to set it up
- Connect your email with read and draft access only.
- Tell the agent your priorities: who always matters, what to archive, what needs a reply.
- Ask for a twice-daily digest: urgent, needs reply (with a draft), FYI, archive suggestions.
- Review drafts, edit, send yourself. Tighten rules weekly.
Standing instruction to give your agent
Twice a day (8:00, 16:00), triage my inbox. Group into Urgent / Needs reply / FYI / Can archive.
For each "Needs reply", write a draft in my voice: short, no filler. Never send anything. Never delete. Summarise in one message.

Example setup (template) Meals Weekly dinner agent: plans meals, builds the grocery cart
Agent: Muse, Grok Bot or similar
Connects to: Calendar (read), notes or a shared list
Human approval: You approve the menu on Sunday before any list or order is made.
Cost: Agent subscription; grocery delivery as usual
How to set it up
- Give it household preferences, allergies and a list of family favourites.
- Let it read your calendar so busy nights get quick meals.
- Every Sunday it proposes 5-7 dinners; you approve or swap.
- It writes the grocery list to your shared notes, then you place the order.
Standing instruction to give your agent
Every Sunday 10:00: check this week's calendar, propose 6 dinners (quick ones on busy nights), reusing ingredients. Wait for my OK, then write a grocery list grouped by aisle to our shared list. Add winners to "Favourites".
